Return Policy

Here at TORGSYN, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you find that you are not satisfied with the item you received, you can return it to us within 14 days from the receiving date.

Please inform us immediately if you decided to return your item. Upon receiving the item back in its original condition, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Damaged, altered or worn items will not be accepted for return. Shipping/insurance charges are not refundable. To arrange a return please contact us at (415)752-5546. If it is your wish, we will provide a prepaid FedEx label. Package the jewelry securely, and drop it off with FedEx, obtaining a receipt. Upon receipt, we will check the item's condition, issue a refund within 3 days, and address any queries. You are responsible for the return shipping/ insurance. All refunds should be sent insured with signature confirmation.

We also offer an exchange of the item within 60 days of the purchase. The item should be unaltered and undamaged to be exchanged. We will gladly help you to find something you like and to arrange your return.

If the item was sold with “Free shipping”, you will receive a full refund after returning it within 14 days, or receive free shipping for the item you want to exchange it for.

Custom orders or items which are altered by your request before the purchase became nonrefundable and not eligible for the exchange.

Some high-ticket items are not refundable and not exchangeable. They will be marked as “Not eligible for refund/exchange” in the description. So, we encourage you to contact us and ask as many questions as you like and get all information before you are purchasing such an item. We gladly will answer all questions and send you additional photos if required.

Conflict Resolution: We aim to resolve disputes within 3 to 5 business days. If issues arise, users can contact us via phone, email, or mail, and we commit to responding within 3 business days. Disputes not resolved directly will be handled in San Francisco, State of California, through mediation, arbitration, or legal proceedings as necessary.
